Albania-origin Alamo and Enterprise records discuss a separately payable Green Card. SIXT Albania publishes a per-country foreign-use charge and a Green Card fee, but the total for several countries requires branch confirmation. Alamo Albania also requests advance notice in its pickup policy.

Before crossing
Keep the signed rental agreement, written itinerary authorization, official vehicle documents and country-valid motor insurance evidence with you. The requirements depend on the specific countries and provider; the presence of an insurance document does not remove rental-contract restrictions.
